Terms of service

AppIntelBase is a private-beta app-market intelligence service operated by Riverside Art LLC.

The service currently includes pilot intake, watchlists, briefs, recurring operator delivery, and related product surfaces on this site.

AppIntelBase is still in private beta. Features, estimates, data coverage, and workflows may change as the product develops.

Some outputs include modeled or directional estimates. Those outputs are not investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting access, engaging a pilot, or communicating with us about service delivery.

We may suspend or refuse access if use is abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or materially harmful to the service or other customers.

Paid pilots are billed on the scope and cadence presented at purchase, proposal acceptance, invoice, or hosted checkout.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, monthly pilot access renews by billing cycle until canceled before the next cycle begins.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to break access controls, interfere with delivery infrastructure, resell the product as your own data service, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during private beta. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, universal market coverage, or perfect estimate accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riverside Art LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service period giving rise to the claim.
