Refunds and cancellations

Paid pilots are billed in advance for the agreed billing cycle unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You may cancel before the next billing cycle begins. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not usually unwind work already delivered for the current cycle.

Because AppIntelBase private-beta work includes customized setup, analysis, and recurring operator delivery, fees already earned for delivered service are generally non-refundable.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or paid for a service that never started, contact us promptly and we will review the case in good faith.

Riverside Art LLC may request enough detail to identify the charge and the service period involved.
