During the current private beta, we may collect contact details you submit to us, such as name, email address, team name, market interests, and pilot-use information.

We also keep operational records needed to deliver the service, such as saved pilot inquiries, client-pack names, brief history, delivery notes, and account-planning fields.

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process basic technical logs such as IP address, request metadata, timestamps, and browser information for security and service operation.

We use submitted information to respond to pilot requests, evaluate fit, deliver AppIntelBase briefs and operator services, support billing and account operations, and improve the product.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted inquiry information for unrelated advertising resale.

We keep inquiry, account, and delivery records for as long as reasonably necessary to run the pilot, maintain customer continuity, resolve billing issues, meet legal obligations, or protect the service.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, or bill for AppIntelBase. We expect those providers to process data only as needed for those functions.

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to any records we need to retain for legal, accounting, or service-delivery reasons.
